Now, this is something that I can really relate to because I grew up in a household with a very toxic,

unstable father.

And I had so much exposure to wounded masculine energy growing up that it

made me feel very unsafe. So throughout most of my life, I was afraid. I was scared. I was running

from my dad, threatening to kill me, trying to kill me, who was emotionally and physically abusive.

So I know what it feels like to grow up in an environment with a toxic father because you feel

very threatened. You feel very unsafe. And a lot of times we will develop root chakra blockages

because of the unstable, unsafe environment that we grow up in.
