My name is Lisa, mother of seven, and creator of the blog and YouTube channel Farmhouse

on Boone. Join me as I share with you my love for creating a handmade home from scratch

cooking and a little mom and entrepreneur life along the way.

All right. Well, thank you so much, Ruth Ann, for joining me. You've been a requested guest

many times over the years because you are in this homestead and home making space. A

lot of people, I think, really look up to you. And so I think that's why we've ended

up with you here on the podcast and I'm very excited. So let's start with some introductions.

Tell me a little bit about you and your your farm, your family or whatever else you want

to share. Well, thank you for having me. We, my husband and I live on 21 acres in Northeast

Iowa. And we have seven children. And I like to say I didn't set out to be an influencer.

I stumbled upon the Instagram app and started sharing, you know, just little things I was

doing and the influencer life kind of caught up to me. So that's kind of where you find me

today doing what I have been doing for the last, you know, 20 years of being a homemaker

and sharing bits and pieces online on social media. Yeah, that's always the best kind to

follow. One that you're, you're actually, this is what you would be doing if it wasn't
