Summary

This is a big event for Medieval Western Europe, and it doesn’t come out of nowhere. The surge of Northmen, and in particular the Danish attacks against Frankia, had a starting point. 1:31.0

for liking Vikings, but it also doesn't make Vikings historically sound. We're even

1:36.0

written well. Seriously, that show has some of the worst mustache twirling I've ever seen,

1:41.4

and I watch Arrow on purpose. So there you go. No, I'm not going to be nice about Vikings,

1:48.3

but you don't have to feel bad about it if you watch it anyway. You do you.

1:53.1

Alright, onto history, the 845 Siege of Paris. This is a big event for medieval Western
