I was like on a trip mode, I got my medals, my trophies, and I'm like, okay, still I have no

worth of value. Because I assumed that when you get everything that you want it, you're

gonna have peace. Because now I have no drugs. So I know how my anxiety, heating, how my

tremendous, like this imposter syndrome, I'm not good enough. Who do you think you are?

Like an all this mess of the past was like just flooding me. And then I met this boy

who like totally was like head over heels, like falling love with me. And I'm like, love,

are you nuts? Like that's something ridiculous. Who even say that?

Welcome to how my parents raised me. I'm Dawn Chitty. When we are born, we arrive here

as pure and perfect souls. And the direction our life takes from that moment is deeply connected

to what our parents bring to our lives. And what our parents bring to our lives is deeply connected

to what their parents brought to their lives. And that's the cycle of families. I have always
