Sometimes we even know what we need, but we're afraid to tell someone. We think, "Well, I don't want to be too much of a bother. I don't want them to think I'm too much like this or too much like that." But we need to communicate. We need to look at someone and say, "This is what I need." In emergencies, I think we all do it. But in normal day-to-day life, we need to do this. We need to have people in our lives who know us well, love us, and that can communicate like that!

0:25.2 | now, I just sat down to record this podcast and I told my husband, I haven't even had |
0:30.8 | coffee yet. I'm not functioning. So I told him, I need coffee. So he said, I'll go make |
0:35.9 | you an espresso. So in a little bit, you'll see me getting an espresso. I'm really excited. |
0:41.5 | This morning, my husband was so lovely. We had a late night last night. Our kids have |
0:45.7 | half a day of school today. We've had kids that have kind of been sick on and off all |

0:55.6 | get a group. But I was going to Cleveland Clinic for some doctor's appointments and medical |
1:00.9 | stuff. And so praise God. We were only five minutes from the hospital. But she was having |
1:06.5 | trouble breathing and all she could get out. I feel like in moments like that, you know, |
1:10.6 | like I need to communicate directly right now. And I need to tell someone what I need. |
1:15.7 | And she barely got it. She's like, I can't breathe. No. In like I could tell, she couldn't |
1:21.5 | breathe. But she got that little bit out. And then she said, die, dying, dying. So that |
1:27.4 | really hurt this mom's heart. And I was like, oh my goodness, my sweet little girl thinks |
1:31.3 | she's dying. And she can't breathe. And so I did different things to try to like intervene, |
1:35.9 | try to help her. And I'm like, I just need to take her to the hospital. So we rushed |
1:39.0 | into the hospital. And I parked my car. I think my engine may have still been running. |
1:44.4 | I jumped out with both my girls and told there's like a security. There's like, you're |
1:49.5 | supposed, there's a protocol. You're supposed to get in line. You're supposed to go through |
1:52.2 | the security. You're supposed to, you know, get your scan to make sure you don't have |
