Summary

We often talk about the seasons in life that we experience. These can be BIG events like having a baby, moving to a new state, or even experiencing a loss. Then again, seasons can have a slight change. For example, renovating a part of your home, taking on a new role at work, or saving towards a new car or vacation.  The point is that these seasons cause us to make some changes in our daily routines. As we get into summer, chances are your daily routines are going to change. And one of our favorite pastimes is watching the routines of others so that we can find new things to incorporate. In this episode we are sharing our summer morning routine that will help to energize and keep you active this summer season.  BE SURE TO CHECK OUT: Episode 027: Our Motivating and Energizing Summer Routine SUBMIT YOUR TIME SUCKING HURDLE! It's summertime, and this means that we have had to make some slight alterations in our daily routines.

0:19.1

We want to share our morning routines that we follow this summer

0:22.7

to help keep us out of falling into a slump and make the most of this time. But first, we're going

0:28.7

to share a very short and sweet TSAH that I think we can all relate to. This TSAH comes from Nicholas,

0:36.2

who says, my TSAH is that I don't always make my bed.

0:41.4

You know what, Nicholas, neither do I.

0:44.9

Neither do I.

0:46.7

It's so interesting because I feel like there's so many people out there that just talk about how,

0:52.4

oh, they feel so good and they're ready to do stuff when they

0:55.8

make their bed. I don't feel like I fall into that category. Do you? I don't either because I leave my

1:02.7

bedroom and I don't see it the rest of the day. Do you know what I mean? So I don't even think about whether

1:07.6

it's made or not. It doesn't have an effect on me. You know what does? Coffee.

1:12.0

Coffee is much more likely to motivate me to get things done. You know what? From the first episode to

1:17.1

now, you are doing much better. Because I've drank about half my cup of coffee. But yeah,

1:22.9

personally, I'm just not a make my bed kind of person. I tried. I had a routine going for a while and eventually

1:28.9

it's like, why am I doing this? I'm doing it because I feel like I should do it because other people

1:33.7

make it seem like it's a good choice, but it's not for me. And I'm okay with that. Yeah. And I think you kind of have

1:40.7

to decide like what days you want to make your bed and which days you don't because

1:44.5

there are some days that I do and some days that I don't. So do whatever is best for you, boo, do you?

1:50.0

That's a good point. I do make mine on Friday because on Fridays when I clean the house, I will wash the sheets and the quilt.

1:57.7

So then when I put it back on, obviously I I make the bed. And I will say, like,
