Annie E. Lease. I hope you guys are all doing well today. We are going to be doing a super, super deep dive into this case.

It's one that not only have a lot of you been requesting the deep dive of, but it's one that actually just wrapped, the trial just

wrapped and there's a verdict. Now when this trial was going on, people were

glued to their screens and there was a lot of opinions out there a lot of differing opinions. People thought

she was guilty. People thought that she wasn't. People thought it was self-defense. And then we got the verdict. And when the verdict came,

when I tell you people are divided on this case who have been following it, like,

the people are divided.

There are a lot of people who think that great yes justice was done, and there are a lot of people who are doing that great yes justice was done and there are a lot of people who are

arguing that and to understand why you have to really know this case inside and out like you need to know the

full history the the behavior, the patterns, because what we see so many times in a lot of these trials is that even though they're televised, you're only getting like certain amounts of what was going on what the dynamic was of a

relationship what the dynamic was maybe of a situation because only so much is

allowed to be brought in as evidence only so much is allowed to be brought in as evidence only so much is allowed to be

brought in as testimony so you're not really peeling back the onions so to speak of like

what really was the dynamic in these relationships.

So that's why a lot of people are arguing now and why a lot of people don't agree with this

verdict. Again, a large amount does, but there are quite a few people who don't so if you haven't

guessed by now this is the Black Swan murder trial that's what the media is

dubbing it that is not what I'm dubbing it guys but it is Ashley Benafield and

she was on trial for murder.
