| 1:08.4 | And it's this middle rung that stops us because we are all wired to be part of a tribe. |
| 1:15.7 | Like we feel safe and secure within a tribe. |
| 1:19.7 | However, when we make it a goal to move to the next level in life, and then another level, |
| 1:26.8 | what happens is we get overcome by the threat of losing the people who are in our tribe, losing their support, losing their |
| 1:36.1 | affection, losing their love. |
| 1:38.4 | And what happens is instead of feeling, you know, alone and isolated from our tribe, we'll just go back to the tribe so we can |
| 1:44.8 | fit in and too many of us do this I mean it's fully understandable but I also |
| 1:50.3 | think that a lot of people don't realize that they're doing it. |
| 1:54.2 | And I also think people don't realize that it's just a natural part of life. |
| 1:58.2 | And Lisa talked about this yesterday. |
| 2:00.2 | You don't have to like fully release people of your life but you know as Bob Proctor used to say you know go less often don't stay as long |
| 2:07.8 | right it's a good rule to live by when you no longer feel like you fit in with the people |
| 2:12.3 | who are in your tribe. |
| 2:13.8 | And so listen up, this is a big deal. |
