dealing with lately and I think a lot of you can relate I've gone through a crazy crazy crazy time the past two months I've gone through a crazy, crazy, crazy time the past two months.

I've transformed mentally and physically more than ever before.

I'm like in this crazy state where I've never been better.

And it's come with a lot of weird side effects

and I've been really, really, really diving into all of it since I've been going through this

transformation mentally physically since being in quarantine I've been on an intense

focus mode grind and I've learned so much about myself and I have really broken through

old barriers with my mindset and old habits and I want to share this with you because it's not a linear, I guess, process, it's not a linear

achievement, this transformation and I go through ups and downs and I was on such a high

last month and then around my period two weeks ago I like totally fell off the

bandwagon mentally physically I was still reaching my goals but it's just been a complete roller coaster.

from this morning and just kind of be vulnerable because I think a lot of people need to hear it as perfect as people's lives look from the outside as much as you think so many other people have way more than you and once you get this you'll be happy it's really just not that black and white not that simple. pretty difficult to be that super happy
