Gerald Motors is teaming up with a material science startup called Forge Nano,

investing $10 million in them.

It's all about developing a thin coating technology.

It's an atomic level layer deposition on the cathode just to make their batteries even better.

Also, GM investing, making a big investment, $625 million in lithium Americas,

the Thacker Passol in Humboldboldt County Nevada. That then unlocks

$2.3 billion of the Department of Energy Federal money, part of Biden's infrastructure plan,

to develop a domestic supply chain away from China. 80% of the world's refined lithium

production done from China. That's a big piece of

investment today for the future of EVs. Also, the Hyundai plant in Georgia, about $5.5 billion going

into that. Today, they received approval from Korea, from their trade corporation there,

for a $1.35 billion injection of financing located in Bryan County, Georgia.

About 300,000 vehicles they can make every year looking forward to the new Arnick 5 rolling off the

lines already, we think, partial production starting months earlier than planned.
