We got Larry Winged back on the show to give us some more of his real talk and today he's going to

remind us that change is not about the motivational talk change is not about reading the book change is not about reading the book. Change is not about learning something new. Change is really about changing yourself and committing to action. Not talking about taking action, but starting right now and continuing to move forward little by little.

Because as I always say, little by little, a little becomes becomes a lot but you have to start first and

I end all my speeches with one line.

When I give you this line, don't think I'm finished, but no, I'm really close, okay?

This is the line, after all is said and done, more is said than done.

It's a good line, isn't it?

I didn't write it, I just really like it.

After all a sudden done, more is said than done.

Folks, this is all I do.

I go to meetings, conventions, conferences, I give

this speech. And the interesting thing is when I do these, somebody from the company, they

always want to call me and tell me what the expectation is for the meeting.

I never do that.

I don't care.

And again, I don't mean anything disrespectful by that.

It's just I've been doing this for a long time.

I've done thousands of meetings.
