| 0:49.8 | but I felt it was appropriate for a Monday episode because I used to dread Mondays. |
| 0:57.7 | Mondays were by far the worst day of the week and I'm sure many listeners will agree with me on that and you know these were the days when I was a personal trainer and I used to have to get to the gym really early you know personal trainer, you get there at 6 a.m. |

| 1:16.2 | then it gets slow at the gym, so you go home, |
