Hello. Hello everyone. Welcome to Latter-day Struggles. This is your host, Valerie. I couldn't be more pleased to be here today with a good friend and colleague of mine. Welcome, Maxine Hanks. How are you today?

I'm great. It's nice to be with you, Valerie. It is so nice to be with you. Maxine reached out to me a number of months ago and kind of just messaged me on Facebook, complimenting

the work I was doing. And I could not. I was so tickled because Maxine, I've read so much of you

and learned so much of you and have been so impressed by your journey,

your life, your integrity. And so to have you reach out to me meant so much to me. And it's so

exciting that we have become friends and you become a mentor. And now you get to be here with me

on this special year, 2003. We'll talk a little bit more about why that's special,
