Welcome to the Game Change Your Life. I'm Dave Anderson. In this episode, I want to talk about

the golden rule for game changers. Of course, most of us are familiar with the Golden Rule, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Now, here's a thought.

One of the dangers of becoming really successful, you know, starting to live the game changer life,

is thinking so much of yourself and your success that you can sometimes start to regard others differently,

maybe as inferior or as incidental. Maybe they're just in the way or they're there primarily

for you and your benefit. But if you recall what I talk about in past episodes and in my book

Unstoppable, when I talk about the four types of performance,

mindsets, performers, period. In any organization, undertakers, caretakers, playmakers, and game

changers. Remember, I say the game changer more consistently brings eight key traits to whatever

they do, at home, with their friends and the workplace on the team, effort, energy,

enthusiasm, excellence, passion, attitude, focus, and integrity.

But now here's the key.

It's not just about them.

Remember, one of the differences between the playmaker and the game changer is the game

changer wants to lift everybody up.

It's not just about them.

The playmaker sometimes has that

selfish element. So they're bringing these eight traits to impact others, not just to advance
