Welcome my soul family to this safe and sacred space.

This is the awake meditation.

This meditation works best if you do it daily at the start of each day.

It will help you to bring clarity, groundedness, and activate your divine light.

As we begin, may you allow yourself to receive this transmission,

coming into this space as one.

And just gently bringing your awareness into your breath,

and straightening your spine to the best of your ability, whether you're

sitting up or lying down.

It is important that you stay awake throughout this meditation.

We will be moving through three different phases.

Just gently breathing.

Bringing your awareness into your body.

Bringing your awareness into the top of your crown, to the top of your head.

And as we move this energy down, I want you to visualize and feel this warm, liquid energy

flowing down through you, this golden ray of energy.

Starting with the crown, feeling it melting over top of your head and down through you.

Down into your eyes, down into your jaw,

releasing any tension or knots that you may have.

Down into your throat.

Down into your chest.

I want you just to stop here for a moment.
