Be careful of the opportunities that are put out in front of you, but don't be afraid to take them.

You know, sometimes companies will come to you with an opportunity that's, in air quotes,

and it's really just something nobody else wants to do.

But don't be afraid to really look at those opportunities that they have,

whether it's moving or whether it's something more than you think you can handle or,

you know, say it's more responsibility than you then you think you should have at that age you know I remember looking around the room that several times you know and I'm like man I'm the youngest guy in here and people would call me out on it too you know but I would prove my

worth through my work ethic and through doing the right things and getting the job
