1:11.8	came flooding back. Stay with me as Delilah shares her profound experience and how it shaped her
1:16.8	outlook on life. Hi Delilah, welcome to the secret room. Thanks for having me. I have to be honest,
1:26.0	your secret scared me a little bit when I read it. Oh wow. Just a little bit. Well let's wind back.
1:32.8	Tell me about your upbringing. My dad was a religious person. I mean we went to church growing
1:41.5	up and then after my parents split up, my mom didn't really go to church, but she would take me,
1:49.1	she would take me like unitarian universe list churches and sent me to like religious camps
1:57.2	that were not like strictly like Christian or Catholic camps. It was kind of more like liberal
2:03.5	religious camps. I don't know how to explain that. No, that makes sense. Yeah, it was just never
2:09.5	anything that was necessarily shoved down my throat. I think it was important for my mom to have
2:16.6	me have some type of like spirituality or like openness with spirituality. I think she felt like
2:24.0	she didn't get that growing up and she thought it was important that I did. And we're going to
2:28.1	steer clear of identifying it because your experiences are not necessarily representative of that
