One of the biggest mistakes (misconception) that people have about confidence is they believe that it's something that you're born with, that it's part of your DNA.
The truth is, it's NOT.
Confidence is nothing more than a belief. It is something that you generate through your thoughts and beliefs.
But, here's the mistake that we as network marketers often make →
We let our self-confidence depend on our past and present results.
As a leader, you must understand that your confidence in your business is not tied to your PAST or CURRENT RESULTS. It's about having that FAITH in times of challenges and adversities in your business.
Confidence is something you can actually create from inside yourself ANY MOMENT YOU CHOOSE.
Therefore, in order to have more confidence in your business you must learn how to master your mind and begin to intentionally change your story (belief).
Today, I'll give the 3 keys to help you become a more confident leader: Authenticity, Action, Adaptability. If you can focus on these three things, I promise you they will have a profound impact on your confidence…and your results!
