Question, are you, like, just anxious about stuff like news stories and things?

It's totally understandable. That's where a lot of people are.

And here's a thing I would tell you though, I hope this is good advice.

It helps me really focus on your lived reality, like the people around you in real person space, what they call meat space, like not cyberspace, offline.

What are you seeing with your own eyes, hearing with your own ears? I'm not saying you won't have any anxiety then, like that'll just make it out go away.

But I think it does help because you're not, we aren't made to absorb the concerns and the tragedies from 10,000 miles away, or even not even made for a thousand miles away.

It's tough. And it doesn't diminish how tragic something is, but to absorb all of it all the time, hard for humans.

So beyond just saying, you know, telling God, like, please take this, help me with this, and being honest with him, I'll say really focusing on your lived reality instead of all the other stuff can really help.

You know, it's hugely popular and not among boomers, like among young people, are those signs that say stuff decor in your house that say stuff?

What do you mean?

Like, live, laugh, love.

Oh, yeah, I love those.

Oh, did you have something to say about it?

They're fine.

Okay.

And it's very popular.

And again, it's like popular with Gen Z millennials.

So nothing wrong with it.
