Getting out of bed in the morning was something I didn't used to look forward to.

I'd wake up when my alarm went off, fly in bed thinking about everything that was stressing

me out, and wish I could just stay there under

the covers. By the time I did usually get out of bed, I was often feeling stressed and rushed,

and I think that made a big difference in how my days actually played out. Rushed mornings led to

rushed days, which led to more stress and feelings of overwhelm and

busyness and panic. Now that I try to use better morning routines, I often look forward to
