To finish your week strong and maximize your weekend, I will also include an occasional red zone rant.

Not today. The topic is act. Don't ask. Act. Don't ask. Let me give give you an example what I mean here within this context

if someone you know family member friend teammate worker is sick loses a loved one is going

through a tough time maybe they're moving from one neighborhood close by to another very often often we say things like, do you need anything?

Is there anything I can do? Now, that's nice that we ask, but so often no one takes us up on our

offer, and even if they do need something, and sometimes they don't even know what they need or what

to ask for. So what I'm suggesting is that you just act. Don't ask if you know

someone is in need. Bring over the meal, send the flowers. Show up with your work clothes and pickup

truck the day they're moving and say, listen, I've only got an hour, but I wanted to come and help

you load some boxes and move some stuff. Hand them that surplus cash.

Just show up.

Be present.

Listen.

Show support.

Make yourself available.

That's the point.

Without asking, just do it.
