We got Jim Rohn on the show wrapping up our week.

And today, Jim is going to encourage you to surround yourself with people

who have very high expectations for you.

Because if there's something about people,

is that we will rise to the level of expectations.

I'm going to try not to go on a rant about this one.

But I think one of the worst forms of racism these days

is the bigotry of low expectations.

It's things like, and I see this all the time,

but we're going to lower the standards for you,

just because of your skin color.

It's because of my skin color.

I can't do math.

You don't expect me to be able to do math

because of what I look like.

That's that's weird.

And again, when we raise expectations,

it inspires people.
