until I slept for three nights and I was like holy, I'm not as bitchy anymore.

I've been looking into this too, like I feel like my cortisol levels are really high. Do you know what that means? Like, how do I get rid of it? How do I hear people say it, but I don't know what it means. I don't know. Yeah, like I don't know about any about the problems in your 30s are so

different from the problems in your 20, you know I mean like I feel like not one person ever asked I didn't even know what

courtable cortisol was I still really don't until now I'd never not one person ever asked me when I was having children in my 20s you know like these are it just it's just different 30s just hit different yeah
