He's going to be talking to us about the chaos that ensued in Mexico when the son of cartel kingpin El Chappo was arrested

at the start of the year you might remember two years ago Mexican authorities tried to arrest the son

didn't go so well load of cartels joined up for the government this time they managed to

actually get him and in the process 30 people have been killed probably more

It was last month now right they managed to capture El Chappo's son for the second time in as many years I think it is.

This time they've kept him. Before we go into the kind of chaos that ensued after that maybe just give us a

rundown of what happened how come this time they managed to actually get him and you

know what happened the first time when they had to give him back as it were to the

cartels sure definitely so Ovidio was attempted to be captured

in 2019 by the Mexican government. It was that long ago. Basically yes exactly and it was. And it was a really, it was a really shameful operation for the Mexican government because basically a kid,

a 31, 30 years old kid forced the whole government to release him out back to the streets of

Cinelloa. Of course he used a hundred or 200 henchmen to make chaos around the city to break, you know, inmates out of the local prison to start fighting everyone.

And at the end, what did the trick was that they

sprayed gasoline to the family to soldiers family's house in Koolacan and threatened with setting everyone on fire the dinner release of videos.

So we're talking about like a pretty violent faction, the same of the records of Los Chappito, the four songs of El

chapel Guzman. And what happened in this January, the 5th of January,

2003, today managed to locate a video.

It's not that he was really hiding, you know, honestly, because everybody knew where he was living. Everybody knew that he was up there in Jesus Maria, especially because he was very flashy with his vehicles,
