excited about our guest, Cheryl Scruggs. Cheryl, I was able to be on Cheryl's podcast to share more

about don't bring your own house down. And after talking to her even for a short time, I was

enamored by her story, her vulnerability,

and her willingness just open up and share life with others so that they could feel a sense of hope.

Cheryl is a speaker, author, and a marriage mentor who, along with her husband, Jeff, has spent

years helping couples rebuild connection and rediscover the beauty of covenant marriage.

But their wisdom didn't come from a perfect relationship. It came through heartbreak,

divorce, and a long road of healing. But through personal transformation, faith, and

willingness to confront painful truths about themselves and their marriage, Cheryl and

Jeff eventually found their way back to one another.

And Cheryl is the co-author of the book, I Do Again, and she and Jeff have dedicated their

lives to helping people build stronger marriages through honesty, forgiveness, and intentional

love.
