1:24.8	To get the cabinets back in and rebuilt, a cabinet person needed to be hired.
1:29.8	To get the floor fixed, a floor person needed to be hired.
1:33.4	Then on top of it all, the AC overheated, tacking on another $268.50 to the bill.
1:42.0	Sounds like a nightmare, right?
1:44.2	Since Jay was renting, the nightmare mostly belonged to the landlord.
