| 1:37.6 | to change. And what I found with coaching clients in my own journey as well is that the |
| 1:44.0 | transformation that has to happen is is often so much deeper than that and the work often |
| 1:50.2 | for most people that is the most challenging is changing the way that you're thinking and |
| 1:54.6 | changing the way that you see an experience and changing the way that you view failure. |
