0:38.3	all about vulvar itch, because vulvar itch is literally everywhere and there's like no
0:42.8	papers on it. Nobody talks about it. Women just suffer in silence. You know how many women I see in
0:47.6	my clinic? And I usually, you know, if you know me, if you come to see me for bladder, sex,
0:53.9	anything in the pelvis. Like you can get away without a pelvic exam if you're coming, if you come to see me for bladder, sex, anything in the pelvis, like,
0:55.3	you can get away without a pelvic exam if you're coming in for like a kidney stone.
0:58.7	But like anything down there, I'm going to do an exam.
1:01.3	And I always ask women before they get undressed.
1:04.5	I say, does anything bother down there?
1:06.8	Burning, itching, irritation, pain with sex.
1:09.6	And a lot of women say, nope, everything's fine.
1:11.6	Then we do an exam. And the vulva is like, it looks like it's been itched. You can kind of
1:16.2	see where people have been scratched or it looks red and irritated. And I say, does this bother
1:21.0	you? Does this itch? And then the truth comes out. It's like they lie clothed or like they think I don't want to know. I'm not quite sure.
1:28.5	But like then I do an exam and they're like, oh yeah, itchers.
