Hi everybody, it's Joe Lample, the Joe Behind Joe Gardner, and welcome to the Joe Gardner

Show.

Well, at the time of this recording, it is officially my last day of my sabbatical.

And I've never done that before, and it's been transformative.

I've had some time to do some planning and some preparation and some rejuvenation and

a little bit of rest in there.

I kind of worked every day, and that wasn't really the plan, but I love what I do.

And part of that is podcasting.

So as you know, throughout these four weeks, I have done a few encore episodes so that

I could have a little more time for getting ready for the fall and some great podcast

ahead.

And so as we're coming right into September here, it's starting to feel a little fallish.

And so I have had a chance to get my cool season crops kind of ready to go out in the

garden.

I've started a lot of seeds indoors right now.

And I'm very inspired.

I love this time of year for gardening.

It really is my favorite time in the vegetable garden because the temperatures are cooler,
