Dublin, a man dressed in black can be seen waiting outside the gate of the Bank of Ireland on

Leicin Street. He speaks on a cell phone making no attempt to seek shelter from the pouring rain.

Then a young man who works at the bank walks by heading to a second gate. Trevor Deely was

making his way home from his end of year office party and decided to pick up his umbrella from

the office before walking home. The footage shows the man following him and they have a short

conversation. Trevor enters the bank, closing the gate behind him. The man remains outside facing
