Because it's easy to get intimidated. You're like, all right, we're going after this huge list of leads. Where do we start? We need these systems. Everything's got to be perfect. But that wasn't the case. It was like, all right, what are the activities that our acquisitions team needs to be doing to start getting that ball rolling? As long as we can say you're doing the right things, as long as our team is doing the right things, we know that it'll come. But it's really frustrating when you're like, I'm doing the right things.
