Well it's a huge issue I do know that I have so many followers who struggle with sleep

so we're gonna delve into that but will you just tell my audience

a little bit about yourself and your background and maybe why you even got interested in, you know, the study of sleep?

Yeah, so I live in Park City with my wife and many Bernadoodle,

and when I'm not helping people sleep, you can find me

on the mountain night, snowboarding, mountain biking, or in a river fly fishing, hiking or running.

So I'm a super active person, that's why I live up here in the mountains.

A little bit about my background, so actually I studied exercise physiology and health promotion in college and I was going to become a doctor of physical therapy.

Went on a little adventure for two months through Europe, realized, hey, you know what, that's not what I'm supposed to do and then I discovered

health coaching I did a holistic help coaching program through the Institute for

Integrative Nutrition which isn't really about nutrition it's more about
