burner and how can fasting help? Yeah, and here's the thing. We want to be a hybrid. You know,

people talk about, okay, I just want to be a fat burner. I go, no, you want to be a fat burner,

of different fuel sources. You know, my son's got a Prius, so he's, his car is going to need oil and water, but it's going to run on battery or gas. That's what you want to do. You want to be able to have your body be able to shift as needed, because when you're doing high-intensity interval training, burst training,
