After I had a really bad day at work in 2016 where management changed everything I had built a team and a new management came in and said hey you're not you're not managing that team anymore you're reporting under this guy and you're doing this job and it was one of those moments where I'm like I really don't have any control over my destiny here at this company or within this industry because I don't I don't really own it. I don't really do anything

specifically where I'm the owner so I said I got to do something else that at least brings me

a fulfillment outside of my day job and outside of being a parent.
