Very, very happy in this moment to be reconnected once again with our friend Sean Morgan,

to be coming back, getting back to

our regular routine after a little bit of a hiatus. As you guys know, my main channel was on

vacation for two weeks and same time that Sean was doing a little bit of traveling. So we're all

coming together right in the heat of August and this feels just about the right time. Welcome back, Sean. How are you?

Doing well. You're looking healthy and like you, you've been going through some transformation

yourself. So it's good to see you again. Thank you, brother. I wasn't even sure that you're aware.

Absolutely. I'm actually in the middle of a great, a great detox, 47 days right now into a juice fast.

I feel like I'm vibrating pretty highly, feeling pretty good.

And just working on that ascension that we all talk about.
