dot com. So today on the show we have kory and kory is in his early 50s with a net worth of 2.7 million.

And 90% of that is invested in real estate.

And most of his real estate is small multifamily investments ranging from two units to

13 units and right now Corey has 120 total units he self-manages all of his

properties and his initial goal he start after college as a

financial advisor and his initial goal was to buy one property a year for 10 years

and so we talk with him about that journey how he was able to

accomplish that goal and now he has about a million dollars in rent revenue coming
