Today I interview Ishaar Sandhu. He's the owner of Easy ELD Solutions. By the name you could tell us, an ELD company.

Eschar is a really interesting guy.

He's an entrepreneur.

He's been in all different parts of the industry from actually owning the fleet.

He worked for his father's company when he was young. He got

into owning his own fleet. He's into freight brokerage. He has a truck driving school.

And more recently, he's doing the ELDs. And he also has some software coming up. That's really

dope for owner operators that he's going to tell you more about.

So really tap into what this brother is talking about, man.

He's from the Punjabi community.

And I really think it's important that we, you know, continue to bridge these gaps

and continue to, you know, get these different perspectives and just really expand our minds.

And, you know, just from an entrepreneurship side, yo, there's so much opportunity out here.

So many, so many things that people are doing, you know, this brother's doing stuff on the software side with, with the ELDs and, and telematics and

all types of stuff, man. So I just want to keep on expanding everybody's mind and keep on letting

you know that, you know, there's so much things that we could do in this industry and anything

is possible. And, you know, I just want to keep on bringing people to, to the platform to,

to share the experience and knowledge and keep on inspiring and keep on bringing people to to the platform to share the experience

their knowledge and keep on inspiring keep on motivating um you know us to keep on keep on growing
