Hey everybody, we are back sort of a little bit. This week it's going to be a little

different for our two C2 because you see C.C. is out doing amazing things on the west coast

both on the mound and also in the community has his backpack giveaway the Bay Area and

he also you may have seen was just nominated as the Yankees representative for the Roberto

Clemente Award for all of his incredible works. So Kudos to C for his his awesome community

work and it's part of the reason why he's busy and you may have heard me apoplectic but

I met it in a good way blowing a blood vessel calling Sue Bird going absolutely nuts setting

the roof of Kierina on fire during the WMBA playoffs. So I've been bouncing around for that

as well. Good news is C and I get to hang and Seattle together and put together some new R2

C2 content for you but because we've been bouncing around this week we thought you know what?

Let's get you a best of episode with some of our favorite stories and anecdotes from some of the
