of powers and deepest wisdom. Yes, right here in our breath. From the moment we were born,

we've been doing it without even being aware of it. Right now,

it is happening. And today, God says, my girl, I want you to now know what you've been doing

your entire life and start doing it with intention. At this moment,

take a deep breath in and now slowly let that breath out through your mouth.
