physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, in every area of my to work on ourselves and I'm not going to lie to you. I have been so distracted over the past six months with life and moving and working and just all these different things that I've kind of let my personal body

goals slide away a tiny bit I was just maintaining and you know over the past two three weeks I've been seriously back on the grind and I feel

fantastic for it and I have no doubt in my mind that you know know, after this little stretch I'm going to be finally at that body that I've always, always wanted.
