We've hit our final episode and our life stages series.

The Bible speaks specifically about the duration of life.

So in the Bible it says 70 is the average age that God has a lot of. of life

age,

that God has allotted for human beings to live.

But what if by reason of strength and health you exceed 70 years?

In this final episode of our series,

like a life stages, Aaron will offer some insights

into how people in their 70s and beyond

can use their lives productively for God's glory.

So, Aaron, why don't you talk a bit about the human lifespan?

In the opening chapter of the Bible we had the opportunity to live eternally but because

sin entered into the world God obviously limited our lives.

Initially people live 7 8, 900 years then God reduced it to 120 years or so and then down to 70 or 80-ish years. We still hear some cool stories of people

living until they're 118, but that's incredibly rare. In general, people live about 70 years and the Bible predicts this.

So in Psalm 90 verse 10, it says the years of life are 70 or by reason of strength, yet their span is but toil and trouble they are

soon gone and we fly by we often hear older people say and I've thought about
