Oh, my goodness.

We just woke up to a new month of life.

How ridiculously blessed are we?

We have never, ever experienced August 24 before. But here we are alive getting this gift. God, we receive the gift.

We recognize this as a gift. It is a clean slate. Like fresh start right here for you and I.

What are we going to do with this new month of life that

God has given us? Before we jump into today's devotional, I want to extend a personal invitation

to you, my podcast listeners. If you enjoy this podcast and it really just speaks to your life

and you and I just connect for one reason or another, you just feel like we're best friends.

Well, we are, first of all. I love that. But if you want more, if you listen and you're like, man, I really could use just some more,
