As women, we define ourselves by the roles we play.

We define ourselves by the roles we play.

We judge ourselves through the eyes of others.

Alright, so I wanted to be the best wife, mother, grandmother, entrepreneur.

But I can be a better wife, mother, grandmother, entrepreneur.

If I'm a better Sharon, so all of you write your own name across the top of the list.

And at my age, it's becoming more and more clear to me that I need to take care of this to be a better wife, mother, grandmother, entrepreneur.

And I am the worst one most of my life I put myself last.

And you also have you kind of guilty of putting yourself last.

A few hands, not raised, this should be, I think.

So taking care of yourself.

Understand that you need to nurture that greatness.

You know, we spend life multitasking, right?
