Well, hello there, top teachers. We are your host, Bridget Spackman. And Michelle Emerson, I'll tell you all while I'm laughing in a second. We are here, regardless, to help make your life easier by helping you master your time, organization, and productivity as a teacher. I feel like I was excited for this episode, and then I looked at something that Michelle wrote on the the notes and now I'm like, I don't know if I want to go forward.

So here we go.

Last week, we gave you all a step-by-step process for breaking down those really big projects

0:31.0

so that you can feel more controlled and less stressed.

0:34.3

Today, we're going to give you all a little plan with us as we model the steps and

0:38.8

show you how we break down a project of our own. So grab your organizers and let's get planning.

Okay. First, we are each going to share a TSAH of our own. And this is why I was laughing at the

0:50.7

1:10.2

going on in my life right now.

1:11.4

The first one is related to my walking pad, which is basically one of those like little

1:17.1

treadmills that doesn't have like the arms and stuff. It's just the walking part. But you can put it

1:22.7

under a standing desk. And as someone that works from home, I've had a standing desk and I loved it,

1:28.5

but I wanted movement while I was standing and working. So I got this walking pad and I,

1:34.2

oh, I just, can I just say, best purchase of the year. However, I now am a little obsessive with

1:40.0

getting my steps in. And so I only want to do things computer-based because that's what I do

1:44.9

while I'm walking. I work on the computer or I read books. But I will put off things that I need to do

1:50.7

not on the walking pad. So for example, I'm signing these like book plates to mail out to everyone

1:56.1

who pre-ordered my book by the end of February. And I can't sign those like while I'm walking.

2:01.4

It's just not going to turn out well. But I will put it off because I want to keep walking and like
