1:28.6	one block away he's over there wearing a cap tearing carrying his bag and going over there we went
1:34.8	with them and they catch him right away that's zach tahan a bystander in new york city who spotted
1:41.6	the alleged subway shooter frank j, alerted police, and stepped
1:46.1	up to meet the moment. Along with two other random New Yorkers, he identified the shooter and
1:52.4	helped the NYPD apprehend him just 24 hours after the shooting. James opened fire on a train
1:58.8	and shot 10 people in the morning rush hour.
2:02.9	A crew of vigilant civilians helped the New York Police Department catch this violent suspect.
