work in professional development, coaching educators, and you also have a deep interest in equity and inclusion.

My community is made up of parents who often don't see themselves in those roles,

even though they are educators, coaches, and leaders of their own children,

and in many instances are involved in their larger communities.

So I was wondering if we can explore the practices that these parents can use at home to lead their families and children in a healthy life of learning.
