I've really been trying to get my footing here because what happens is you try to make bigger goals like I'm going to buy a yacht I'm going to buy a bigger house I'm going to buy a jet

But you know what it doesn't fulfill you so I like a I like a high cash position

because it gives you the courage and the confidence to make the right decisions and I

learned that in 2008 and it's a deep deep scar that many people listening us will know exactly what I'm talking about and

when I had that blow up in 2008 where I lost a lot of real estate and was under-capitalized,

I learned quickly that it's always important to have a strong cash

position so I made the sacrifice, I sucked it up, I lived like a poor person even when I was a

millionaire. I was driving a 2003 Nissan Altam in 2013 and my wife was driving a 2006 Tacoma and she was wearing an

$800 ring at the time because we sold the ring in 2008 to pay off our cars.

So we sacrificed.
