The first thing to understand about REV is that it is not an ordinary humic acid product that is chemically-extracted from leonardite, lignite, or other coals. Rather, it is a 100% naturally-occurring carbon, humic acid & fulvic acid source - along with exceptionally high levels of naturally-occurring microbial biomass that can increase nitrogen efficiency by up to 25%.
REV replaces depleted soil carbon & bacterial biomass - and absorbs nutrients to make them more readily available to plants via their root systems.

0:00.0 | When I first started gardening, I have to admit planting herbs was more of an afterthought. |
0:06.0 | Well, maybe not so much as an afterthought. I did plant them and I did grow them. But the whole |
0:11.1 | purpose for me was to save money because herbs are really expensive at the grocery store. |
0:16.7 | Over time, though, I have realized that the cost savings is just the tip of the iceberg of what |
0:22.6 | herbs can provide. Since my first year, I have moved almost all of my herbs into containers. |
0:29.1 | I still grow some annual herbs out in my regular garden for companion planting and attracting |
0:34.1 | beneficial insects and things like that. But for the most part, my herbs are now all |
0:38.8 | in containers. As I have seen the benefits of having the herbs in containers right outside my door, |
0:45.0 | I've realized that there is a lot more possibility in areas that I haven't yet explored or uncovered |
0:50.7 | yet. That was why I was so excited to read today's guest's new book, and that is |
0:57.7 | Sue Gets with her book Complete Container Herb Gardening. She and I are actually going to talk |
1:04.1 | quite a bit about questions that you have asked when it comes to how to grow herbs in containers. |
1:10.7 | This episode is chalk full of information |
1:13.5 | that I wish that I would have known to begin with. And most likely any questions that you might |
1:19.9 | have when it comes to growing herbs, she's going to answer today. So if you want to explore |
1:25.3 | or expand your container herb gardening, today is the perfect episode for you. |
1:32.2 | Hi, I'm Jill, and in 2013, I started my first garden, having no background, knowledge, or experience whatsoever. |
1:39.8 | Now I am embarking on my eighth season of growing my own vegetables, fruits, and herbs, |
1:44.5 | and I'm proof that you don't have to have decades of experience to grow your own garden, |
1:49.3 | bigger, small. |
1:50.3 | I certainly don't know at all, but I can share what I've learned and bring guests along |
1:54.3 | who can offer much more wisdom than I have. |
