L. Russ. Hey, everyone. Today we got a special edition of the podcast. I'm hanging out at Mark Sisson's

house with his children, Devin Sisson and Kyle Sisson. And we're going to talk today about

primal kitchen restaurants and also just the evolution of growing up Sisson. Welcome to the show, guys. Thank you.

Thanks, so. Before we get into what you guys are doing and, you know, Devin, you have a cookbook coming out that we're publishing that's amazing called Kitchen Intuition.

And I know you both are opening up the primal kitchen restaurant in Culver City soon.

But, you know, for most of the listeners, because people love your dad and we have so many fans,

I guess people are just going to want to know, you know, what's like growing up Sisson. And even

though that's normal for you, I guess I would ask, when you got to the point where you're teenagers

and you realize, you know, your parents were both personal trainers, right? And they're in the

fitness world. What was that like as they started to progress up to, you know, sort of celebrity status?
