| 1:04.0 | Okay, so before we really get going, Victoria, I would love for you to tell the story of Jaybrook's really how Jaybrook started, because the thing that I have noticed, now getting my wedding band, custom made with Jaybrook's, is that Jaybrook's to me seems like this really impeccable blend of old school fine jewelry. |

| 2:20.0 | He saw their value when it came to jewelry buying, when it came to consulting, not to say that men are incredible as well. |
| 2:29.0 | We've always had men on our team as well, but that I think it gave us a little bit of an edge in the market, just because we had this really unique perspective of what women want. |
| 2:39.0 | Because of course, the jewelry that we're selling is majority for women. So that was really exciting. |
| 2:46.0 | But of course, like we started out as this very traditional jewelry store. And John has told me this story my whole life. |
| 2:54.0 | But when he originally started working in the jewelry space, he knew immediately that he wanted to be in the industry because he just loved the environment. |

| 3:18.0 | They were for a proposal or to buy a gift for their anniversary or a big birthday or promotion. |
| 3:25.0 | And it was just a very positive environment. |
| 3:28.0 | And so he knew immediately that he wanted to be in this space because he loved to be a part of people's celebrations. |
